• SHOWROOMS
- We have showrooms in Dar-es-salaam, Mwanza, and Dodoma. Moving forward, we aim to expand further into other cities around Tanzania in order to provide an insightful walk-in experience for all our clients. Our showrooms are customized and designed to display all the products we offer in a very organized manner, separating them per category, showcasing all we have to offer under one roof. The creativity behind the set-up emphasizes a learning experience, portraying the growth of the company to our clients by well-trained and skilled staff.
• DEALERS
- We distribute our products to dealers in various parts of Tanzania who focus on encouraging sales and ensuring the products penetrate different market segments as well as raising awareness in new markets.
• FAIDIKA NA MCL
- We launched a campaign with the goal of giving back to our community, subsequently delivering growth and advancement to the people of our nation. FaidikaNaMCL plainly means "progress with MCL". Through our expansion, we have diversified the range of our products in many categories, and each one caters to the needs of different market segments. This development enables us to set incentives that aim to create more jobs, more income, and more opportunities for the people of Tanzania.
- As MCL, we aim to get our products known and expand our network base, while our clients aim to improve their daily lives. Thus, we have set up a commission-based system whereby all registered clients are eligible for cost-effective prices. This boosts our sales and generates more income for the clients.
- There are two ways in which we have initiated this—and will continue to do so, until we have perfected this drive:
- FaidikaNaMCL for all "fundis"-construction, electrical, plumbing, etc., we have conducted #FUNDISEMINARS in major cities, some of which include Mwanza, Dodoma, Arusha, and Dar-es-Salaam. [Some of the highlights from these seminars can be found in the news and events section.]
- Due to COVID-19, these seminars were put on hold, and thus the system of FaidikaNaMCL has not fully materialized. We are aiming to resume this beneficial initiative before the end of the year 2021.
- We also conducted seminars with NGOs such as "Voice of Women". The aim was to support and enhance the lives of single mothers, widowers and disabled women, enabling them to have a place in the working world and to be self-sufficient.

- Our team has worked effortlessly to make our services more accessible to a larger clientele base. We have designed an e-commerce platform that aims to showcase all our products, customize our store front, allow for online transactions, as well as easily track and respond to any inquiries.
